Coaching

As a Qualified Coach and Member of ICF it is my responsibility to deliver professional, beneficial and supportive coaching sessions that are individual to each clients specific needs, no person is the same and each coaching experience will be different. I am there to respect the clients individual needs and goals, we will work together to create a plan that works for you, throughout this process I am there to take you through each step until you've reached your goals. With a open heart, no judgments and a listening ear I'm here to help support and guide you.  

 Yoga and Meditation

As a Yoga and Meditation teacher I do hold classes locally and you'll find my information on the Classes section but I can also offer this service online or face to face as a treatment alongside your coaching experience. Yoga and Meditation can help you to manage stress, gain physical health and mental clarity.  

Stress Management

I have chosen to specialise in Stress Management due to the areas in which I am Qualified in but also for the high influx of people suffering with high stress on a day to day basis. My aim is to help you get out of fight or flight and to bring you to more of a mindful awareness state which would enable you to connect and understand your stresses which will essentially help you to navigate your days in a way that will trigger minimal stresses.

My Approach

My approach is professional, warm and heartfelt, I wish to guide, support and inspire you to reach your goals.

My qualifications have given me the knowledge to support people on their given path, my own life experience's have given me the wisdom to understand and empathise with a vast amount of life's ups and downs.

We are all different souls and require a coaching experience that can cater to our different needs/wants. This is what I can offer, a tailored coaching program to get you to your desired destination, whether it be weight management or help through stressful times. I can work towards what you need and support you along the way with a open heart and a strong desire to get you there too. The technique's I use are Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, EFT (Emotional freedom technique), Crystals, Chakra balancing, Inner child meditations, Food diaries, Structure of the day, Worksheets for deeper connection, journaling and setting tasks. I wont use all these techniques for everyone but they are all available.    

 

I offer this service face to face, online or via phone calls, whichever you are able to access the easiest. You will also receive a free consultation which you can book by phone, email or by using the contact info on my website.
